Terry Fox explores the Bible to reveal the Christian message so you will know you have peace with God in Jesus Christ by the grace of God. Christianity is the amazing story of a holy God pursuing His sinful people to rescue them from sin, death, the devil, and His wrath. To do this God came to earth as a man, Jesus Christ, lived a perfect life and died the death we deserve. Furthermore, the Holy Spirit makes you alive with Christ and unites you to Him by working faith in you. Now all that belongs to Jesus Christ belongs to you. His righteousness is credited to you. His death is your death. His resurrection is your resurrection. You are secure in Jesus Christ because you are saved by grace. Now you have peace with God in Jesus Christ. You will see this more clearly as we study the Bible, review historic Christian confessions, and examine Reformed theology to build a solid foundation. Terry’s simple style makes it easy to understand. This will help soften your heart, and your love and devotion to God will flourish. Hit subscribe and grow in God’s grace and the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Tuesday Dec 29, 2020
Tuesday Dec 29, 2020
God has blessed us beyond measure. We deserve God's wrath and condemnation, yet He has blessed us with eternal life. With this in mind, we should show our gratitude toward God by how we live. In this episode I discuss what it looks like to thank God with your life.
I misspoke in this episode. I said Romans 12:6, but I meant Romans 12:16.

8 - God Acts Out the Gospel in the Bible
Tuesday Dec 08, 2020
Tuesday Dec 08, 2020
Sometimes when we tell people what happened, we actually walk through the motions so they have a better understanding. In other words, we act out the event, or at least parts of it. God does something similar throughout the Bible. In real human history God acts out the good news of Christ.

7 - Finding Hope with the Thief on the Cross
Tuesday Dec 01, 2020
Tuesday Dec 01, 2020
Jesus Christ offered paradise to an unlikely recipient: the thief on the cross. While dying on the cross, Jesus Christ extends mercy to this man who deserved the death he experienced. He himself admitted this (Luke 23:39-41). So Jesus didn't grant this grace to him based on his good works or righteousness. He had none to offer. This amazing Bible account offers hope to all who realize they have nothing to offer God to appease Him.

4 - The ONLY Way to Be Right with God
Friday Nov 13, 2020
Friday Nov 13, 2020
Our sinful nature assumes our standing with God depends on our righteousness, obedience, and good deeds. The idea of salvation by God's free grace alone through faith in Christ alone sounds too good to be true. Certainly God expects me to be a good person in order to allow me into heaven. However, can you really meet God's requirement? Can you be good 100% every moment of every day every year? I think you know the answer. So in this episode I'll help you see the only way you can be right with God. Spoiler: you have nothing to do with it!

2 - The Gospel Explained and Why It Matters
Tuesday Nov 10, 2020
Tuesday Nov 10, 2020
Many people have a limited understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ. They see it mainly as Jesus dying for our sins. Though that's part of it, the gospel is much deeper than that. In this episode, I discuss what the gospel of Christ is. I then help you understand why it's important.
